These terms govern the use of the naniplayer.com website and of the Nani software. By using Nani, you agree to follow them.

Purpose
Nani is playback software (an IPTV player) published by Benjamin Chollet. It lets you connect a compatible IPTV service you have subscribed to and play its content on your screens.
Nani does not provide, sell, resell or host any channel, stream, audiovisual content or IPTV subscription.
Your IPTV service
Using Nani assumes you have your own access to a compatible IPTV service. You choose that service, you pay its subscription directly to its provider, and you make sure that the access you hold and the use you make of it are lawful.
Nani has no connection with those providers, does not select them, and exercises no editorial control over the content you choose to play.
Use of the software
Nani is licensed to you for personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable use.
You agree to use Nani in accordance with applicable law, not to disrupt its operation, not to attempt to circumvent its technical protection measures, not to decompile it outside the cases allowed by law, and not to make abusive automated use of it.
Beta signup
Joining the beta list is free and asks only for your email address. It guarantees neither access to the beta nor an opening date.
You may ask for your address to be removed at any time. How your data is processed is described on the Privacy page.
Paid access
Full beta access will be offered at the price announced on the Pricing page. No payment is possible today.
The applicable pre-contractual information, in particular the price, the payment terms and your rights as a consumer, will be given to you before any purchase.
Availability and changes
Nani is under development and is provided to you as it stands. Features may be added, changed or removed.
Interruptions may occur, in particular for maintenance or because of your IPTV service, your connection or your device. We do our best to keep the service running without being able to guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Liability
We have neither control over nor knowledge of the content delivered by the IPTV service you configure and that we do not provide.
Mandatory legal provisions, in particular those protecting consumers and the legal guarantee of conformity, apply in any event: nothing in these terms is intended to set them aside or limit them.
Intellectual property
The Nani name, the logo, the interface, the texts and the graphic elements of the website and the software remain the property of Benjamin Chollet.
These terms transfer no ownership right to you over the software or over those elements.
Duration, suspension and changes
You may stop using Nani at any time. In the event of a serious breach of these terms, in particular use that harms the security or the operation of the service, access may be suspended.
These terms may change, in particular when paid access opens. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page, and you will be informed of any substantial change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer resident in another European Union member state, you keep the benefit of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence.
