Does Nani include channels?+
No. Nani is a player. You connect your own IPTV subscription through Xtream or M3U.
Will it work with my provider?+
Most Xtream and M3U providers. Nani only shows what your provider actually offers. Try it free for 7 days on your own provider, no card needed.
Is my login safe?+
Credentials are treated as sensitive data, never written in logs and hidden from non-admin profiles. Nani warns you about unencrypted provider connections. Your logins are saved to your account so you don't retype them on each device.
Does Nani fix buffering?+
Not if it comes from your provider. Nani tells you where the problem is instead of loading forever.
Which devices?+
Web, Android and Android TV. One Nani account works across all three.
Is it fast on live TV?+
Quick channel changes with the remote and a clear guide are a priority. Your favourites stay at the top.
Is there catch-up / replay?+
Not in the first version. Catch-up, replay and restarting a live programme are planned for later.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Online, any time.
Can I get a refund?+
For a full refund, email contact@naniplayer.com within 14 days of payment (Paris time; the email's receipt time counts); after that, no refund under this 14-day guarantee. Nani answers within 30 days and an accepted refund goes back to the original payment method; the 7-day free trial comes before payment and is not part of the 14 days.
What happens to my lifetime licence if Nani stops?+
Nani is committed to running for at least 12 months after your purchase. If it stops earlier, you are told at least 3 months ahead and refunded for the months not used: what you paid × months remaining ÷ 12.
